These Terms of Use (“the Terms”) set out the conditions for using the website, software, and browser extensions provided by Deskflow Labs (“the Studio”) (“the Services”). By using the Services, you are deemed to have agreed to the Terms.

1. Application

The Terms apply to all relationships between the Studio and users regarding use of the Services. Where separate terms or conditions are set for a specific product, those take precedence over the Terms.

2. When using the Services

In using the Services, users shall not engage in the following acts.

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
• Acts that infringe the rights or interests of the Studio or third parties.
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Services or attempt unauthorized access.
• Modifying, copying, or redistributing the Services in ways not intended by the Studio.

3. Intellectual property

Intellectual property rights in the content of the Services and this website (text, design, programs, logos, etc.) belong to the Studio or the rightful holders. Where a product is provided under separate conditions such as an open-source license, those license terms apply.

4. Changes, suspension, and termination of the Services

The Studio may change the content of the Services, or suspend or terminate their provision, without prior notice to users. The Studio bears responsibility for disadvantages caused thereby to users within the scope set out in the Terms. For products under development, specifications may change.

5. Disclaimer

The Studio does not warrant, expressly or impliedly, that the Services are free of factual or legal defects (including safety, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose).

Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Studio, the Studio is not liable for damages arising to users from use of, or inability to use, the Services.

6. Changes to the Terms

The Studio may change the Terms when it deems necessary. For significant changes, we will provide clear notice on this website. If you use the Services after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of the Terms is governed by Japanese law. In the event of a dispute between the Studio and a user regarding the Services, the court having jurisdiction over the Studio’s location shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
